The Olympic Lifting Clinic with David Miller and Randy Hauer is this Saturday from noon to 3pm. Lifters of all abilities can benefit from this clinic. If you are a CrossFitter proficiency with the O-lifts will greatly improve your CrossFitting and if you are a Olympic lifter You will learn techniques that will add kilos to your lifts

Skills Workout

Olift

Our newly revamped Olympic lifting program started last night. Keith, David and Randy were all working with lifters. If you play just about any sport you need to learn the clean and jerk and the snatch if you expect to perform better at your sport. If you are a CrossFitter the Olympic lifts will greatly improve all aspects of CrossFit and fitness in general. Anyone can learn these lifts and everyone needs to learn them.

    My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible. I have also been participating in the Kettlebell program and Tim has made it constantly challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all at the same time. I love the fact that he is always on the lookout for proper form and is quick to correct you if need be.
