TIM RETZIK
In 2004, Tim Retzik embarked on a search for an optimal fitness program that would help him succeed in competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In this search, Tim discovered the fitness phenomena known as CrossFit, and quickly embraced CrossFit’s ultimate fitness philosophy. Through this experience, Tim has become a devoted student and practitioner of the CrossFit philosophy, and has made it his personal mission to inspire and introduce others by opening and operating Flatirons CrossFit. With CrossFit Level I, RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Certification and a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under esteemed Black Belt Amal Easton, Tim is in constant pursuit of improvement in a variety of fitness areas that he eventually shares to help others continually improve and achieve fitness goals.
