Meet The Trainers

FLATIRONS CROSSFIT  COACHING STAFF

Flatirons CrossFit was started in 2007 with the mission of creating one of the best CrossFit programs around. With humble beginnings in a YMCA to the 3000sqf state of the art facility and amazing staff of talented trainers that goal has been reached. Our coaching staff holds certifications from CrossFit, USA Weightlifting and various Kettlebell certifications. Our coaches have backgrounds as athletes in Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, swimming, rowing, jiu jitsu and numerous others. The coaching staff at Flatirons CrossFit is dedicate to helping everyone reach their health and fitness goals. Aside from the various certifications our coaches have each one has completed the 80 hour Flatirons CrossFit Apprentice Program. We truly believe that fitness is how you get the most out of life. This is the cornerstone of our philosophy at Flatirons CrossFit. Whether you are just someone who is looking to get in shape or make a lifestyle change or are a competitive athlete in any sport. Flatirons CrossFit and it’s staff have the knowledge, expertise and drive to get you there.

    My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible. I have also been participating in the Kettlebell program and Tim has made it constantly challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all at the same time. I love the fact that he is always on the lookout for proper form and is quick to correct you if need be. He continues to push us to work hard, use good form, and never forgetting to tell us that we are doing a good job. Thanks for the motivation, support and the extremely challenging workouts.
