Getting Started

 

Getting Started at Flatirons CrossFit. 

Flatirons CrossFit creates an experience that is totally different. This program is hard, heavy and will flat out kick your ass. It takes commitment, a strong work ethic and a desire to excel to train here. We have created a dedicated community of people serious about health and fitness. Flatirons CrossFit is like a team. Our athletes and  quality skilled coaches will provide you with the best professional coaching and training possible.

 Flatirons CrossFit is the largest CrossFit program in the Boulder area. Our box is fully stocked with enough bumper plates, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other equipment to train large groups of athletes. Our program works for people of all fitness levels. We offer six group classes a day, personal training and private coaching.  As a new member of Flatirons CrossFit, it is imperative for you to understand the movements, exercises and equipment commonly incorporated correctly and safely into a Flatirons CrossFit workout.  In order for us to help you achieve your fitness goals and the ultimate Flatirons CrossFit experience, you will be required to complete our Skills Program. 

 Our Skills Program is a six class program that will get you started with the fundamentals needed to excel in our program. These are smaller classes and will provide you with personalized coaching to ensure you perform these exercises and use our equipment correctly and safely. Our goal is to provide with you the foundation of skills you need to successfully train at Flatirons CrossFit. The Skills Program classes are offered four days a week so please check our schedule. 

Flatrons CrossFit is not for everyone, but if you think you have what it takes, come in and give it a try. We'll do our part to get you in shape. Will you do yours? 

COSTS

Skills program – 6 sessions, covering the basics of what is needed to train at FCF.
Mon. Wed. Thurs @ 6:30pm and Sat. at 9:30am.     Cost: $150

Monthly Training – Unlimited Classes. 6 classes daily.
Cost: $150/month - 12 month commitment
          $175/month -  6 month
          $225 -            month to month

    My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible. I have also been participating in the Kettlebell program and Tim has made it constantly challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all at the same time. I love the fact that he is always on the lookout for proper form and is quick to correct you if need be.
