Awful as advertised.

8 full rounds, plus 3 jerks, 6 pullups, and 3 burpees.

Please no shoulder work for a couple days - mine are packed in ice right now!

7 rounds + 3 jerks + 3 pullups

My pullups still aren't chest to bar, but I'll get there soon...

on the road. Did the Air Force WOD - took about 29 minutes and I did a TON of burpees! Heart rate was crazy, even at sea level. :)

Katie, you sure are motivated to make that one up! Come back to Boulder soon!

6 rounds with 75# jerks, all strict c2b pull-ups. You know it's bad when the burpees are the break...

    My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible. I have also been participating in the Kettlebell program and Tim has made it constantly challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all at the same time. I love the fact that he is always on the lookout for proper form and is quick to correct you if need be.
