There will be no classes on Saturday due to our Developmental Weightlifting Meet. If you want a workout on Saturday come and lift at the meet. We have 20 plus lifters of all abilities signed up so. There is still room for more.
We will start weigh-ins and warm-ups at 9:30 and lifting starts at 10:30. We will have KT"s bbq afterwards.

this is gonna sound crazy but after saturdays "air force" wod, or as i will refer to it from now on as the "oh my god" wod, i was so happy to see kettlebell snatches and box jumps today...ps...i am really enjoying crossfit and i want to thank everyone who has been showing me the way...you are all a great inspiration...geez, enough mushy stuff, we're too tough for that ;)
