There are still spots open for Sectionals. If you are worried about not having enough time to get ready you've been training for them since last fall.

Traveling again. Did what I could to simulate this workout with less then perfect equipment options:
5 x 7 20 lbs dumbell thrusters
2x21 bench jumps - Kind of wimped out on the box jumps.
