Announcing the Flatirons CrossFit Weightlifting Meet and BBQ, Saturday February 27th at 10:30
This meet is designed to be fun for lifters of all abilities with a focus on developing skill with the clean and jerk and snatch. It is for Flatirons CrossFit athletes only. We will be having a party afterwards. Mark this one on the calender it's going to be fun.

Time: forever. But it was fun hanging with all the guys this morning. Thanks for cheering me on that last round, it helped a lot!
Does anyone remember a time when their hands didn't hurt all the time? In a life before pull-ups and the hook grip? I have a vague recollection but it's getting dimmer...
