Still more on why the USDA food pyramid is wrong

The Paleo Challenge starts on January 11th. I need every one's paper work by January 4th. If you still need a blood test you can get one onlone at Blood tests at home.com. They will send you a kit and instructions. Send it back and you are all set.

Here are the Dates for the baseline tests:

Blood work - Done by January 11th

Body comp. - Done by January 11th. We will do the tests before and after workouts

Strength/ CrossFit Total - January 4th, and 7th

Metcon - January 5th,6th,and 8th.

Everyone needs to get these tests done on one or by these dates. We will be doing the strength and metcon baselines as the WOD. If you cannot be here for them we will try to accomodate you but no guarentees.

I don't want anyone to feel anxious or unsure about it, and there is always ample opportunity for confusion in these things!

    My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible.
