The Paleo Challenge is coming up fast. We need everyones consent forms in asap. Make sure to pay attention to the dates for the baseline tests so you can make sure you are here on those days.

Can anyone recommend a good sports medicine doctor or physiatrist in Boulder that can help treat a muscular pull/tear issue I am having?

WOD, I'm going to pretend I don't remember because it sucked, but the 5x5 squats went well. Is it possible the Russian Squat Routine can actually make you stronger? Hmm...
