We will be having regular classes Monday to Wednesday. No classes Thursday. Friday we will be doing the Filthy 50 at 9:30 as the only class.

8:37 with 55# OHS. And press 5-5-5-5-5 at 65#.
That was a forearm killer, which I didn't expect.
