Sid teaching the turkish get-up during a Skills Class.
We have started another new program at Flatirons CrossFit. Our Skills Program is required for all people new to CrosssFit to complete before coming to regular classes. It is also open tor any of our existing members who would like to get some more instruction on the foundational movements we use in our CrossFit program. Skills Classes are held Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:30 and Saturdays at 9:30am.

6:12 with 75#, down from 7:36 last time. Still "posing" too much, sorry Tim. Maybe you should have taken a picture.

Burpees as lateness deterrent....hmm guess I will be seen less and less at lunch time more at the 5:30 Managed to get thru a reverse curl and press workout today with little grace but did it faster this time with a heavier bar. Some would consider that an improvement so i'll take it.

has anyone figured out what time it is in WOD comment world ? I know its not 9.07 am, but where in the world is it ? Auckland NZ ?.. Out sourced servers.... :-(
