There is still time to get signed up for David and Randy's Olympic lifting Clinic. There are a few spots available so sign up now. The Olympic lifting classes are off to a good start. Our athletes are continuing to get bettetr and David has brought in some really good lifters from the OTC. It is really cool to see what real weightlifters can do.

Don't for get to put your name on the board if you want to do the Fight Gone Bad workout on the Saturday the 26th at 10:30. I need a head count by Tuesday of next week.

Wow, ladies, I'm so impressed! I have to start lifting with you on Wednesdays.

Elizabeth, Paula, Todd, Julie, and I (and I'm sure I'm missing someone) all have CrossFitting husbands, so we'll have an easier time explaining the inner thigh rope burns from today...

All right, if you're reading this, you'd better post a comment today. If I'm the only one again, there's going to be hell to pay. I want to see lots of comments.

Just doing this so I don't feel the wrath of Amy strike down upon me! I did some rope climbs yesterday and my fingers are missing some of the skin from the slides down, we'll see how that feels tonight!

today's WOD was great for me. I think I actually listened and learned something from Keith, David and Randy last night.
WOD: 5:04 (I think)
The rope climbs were fun, I feel like I did them a lot faster than in the past. Though I think the last time I rope climbed was for "Pinky and the Brain".

Bye Vincent! have a great couple of months at school until we see you back at the gym at break.

Amy and Mike, have a great time in San Fran! I hope you enjoy CrossFitting out there and the restaurant is all that you imagined Doc.

Miss you Julie!

Paula and Eliziabeth...awesome job on your jerks! I'm motivated now for sure!

love the tattoo Tim! You are so brave!

Thanks for encouraging us to comment, Amy. I've missed all the posts lately!
Nice job, Elizabeth and Paula!! I've got some catching up to do now!! Love it.
Rosanne. What were you on today?? 5:04?? I'm so impressed. But then again, you squat cleaned more times and more weight on Tuesday, so I guess that one was easy for you!
WOD- I think it was 16:03 or something rediculous...

No rope burns for me...Amy what the heck have you been doing missy??? :) Nah, still nursing a pulled hammy. Haven't stepped into the gym since last Tuesday!! Can you believe it?! Hoping to start up again on Monday!

Great great job Elizabeth and Paula! You guys rock!

Testimonials

  • Thank you for allowing me to train with you this summer. Being a football player at a Division 1 level I obviously want the best workout available to increase my performance. I have been doing conventional weightlifting for since I can remember and recently have not felt like it was increasing my performance as it should. Coming to Crossfit has been amazing. The high intensity workouts have made me more mentally tough, physically stronger, and able to endure more. Thank you for bringing me in, I believe in Crossfit all the way.

My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible. I have also been participating in the Kettlebell program and Tim has made it constantly challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all at the same time. I love the fact that he is always on the lookout for proper form and is quick to correct you if need be. He continues to push us to work hard, use good form, and never forgetting to tell us that we are doing a good job. Thanks for the motivation, support and the extremely challenging workouts.
