Meet the Lake Eldora Racing Team
The Lake Eldora Racing Team will be training at Flatirons CrossFit for the next 10 weeks. We are really excited about working with these kids and helping them
prepare for the upcoming ski season. This is a talented group of athletes that I'm sure will be
tearing it up on the slopes come November.

amy... whats this about 'lucinda pause'?? do tell.... or do i have to be at estrogen hour to learn?

Tracy - on max pull-up day, I was trying to get tips from Lucinda the pull-up queen, and she pauses at the top to maximize the push back from the bar into the swing for the next pull-up. Helps to string them together better.
