I dont mind the new way...its a little confusing when to add comments...you have to wait a day, but otherwise I havent looked at the WOD before coming for a while now. Too nerve wracking...WOD: 25:00

Notice the blood on Steves face!I dont mind it at all - doesnt matter to me what happens when I show up, it will usually suck no matter what!

uh... hate it. probably wont end up posting, cause Ill probably forget.NICE job Lucinda! Amy made my morning this morn with that pic.

Im with Rosanne in that I dont particularly care for it...feels a little gamey to me...and it is rather confusing of when to post...speaking of posting, is there a way to get more people to do so?

I dont care for it. I like to plan ahead and know what to expect, especially if im injured. And i personally dont pick and choose the wods. I come whenever i can.

Thats Alex Walden btw

I come in either way....posting the WOD doesnt matter to me because I will be there regardless.

My workout days are when I can workout, not whats on the board. I will come when I can regardless, but I would prefer to know in advance. Greg

dont like it. i agree it is confusing, and i like to know what the WOD is in advance.

I feel torn. At first I was mad about the change. But its actually been kind of nice to not worry about/mentally rehearse the WOD ahead of time.

POST THE WOD, I can try to do something similar on the road, if you cherry pick then dont expect the results available, working with Tims program will get you the goals you want. (rumor has it there is method to his madness) If u missed the cherry pick verbal rant from Tim last week it was a good one. Doing what you suck at does make you better. BTW 100s here in LA this week, with humidity... Sigh..

Testimonials

  • Thank you for allowing me to train with you this summer. Being a football player at a Division 1 level I obviously want the best workout available to increase my performance. I have been doing conventional weightlifting for since I can remember and recently have not felt like it was increasing my performance as it should. Coming to Crossfit has been amazing. The high intensity workouts have made me more mentally tough, physically stronger, and able to endure more. Thank you for bringing me in, I believe in Crossfit all the way.

My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible. I have also been participating in the Kettlebell program and Tim has made it constantly challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all at the same time. I love the fact that he is always on the lookout for proper form and is quick to correct you if need be. He continues to push us to work hard, use good form, and never forgetting to tell us that we are doing a good job. Thanks for the motivation, support and the extremely challenging workouts.
