Remember what I said when the new stickers came in? This is not what I meant.
The new pull-up bars are almost done.
These bars are going to offer a whole bunch of creative ways to do pull-ups and other gymnastic movements. They will not be operational for a couple of days but you can plan on a really cool pull-up workout on Saturday.

Rosannes not kidding, she has a stockpile of pictures of Tims ass. WOD: 14:51, 2 rounds at 65#, 5 rounds at 55#. One puking false alarm and a post-workout Fran-like cough. What is it about thrusters?Nice job Alex on those front squats today!
