Lucinda is one of the most technical lifters at Flatirons CrossFit. Next time you lift with her take a second to watch her. It is really awesome to see how she move around the bar and makes her lifts.

10 months ago right when Sid started CrossFit he did a 1/2 marathon. He did one last weekend and knocked 38 minutes of his time. Nice job Sid, even though I'm still confused as to the why..Nice job

WOD:1:10/1:14/1:21 -ishand im with that other guy who keeps saying beyond the whiteboard is SWEET! i just uploaded all my postings in there! only negative: it said i have 57 lbs of fat to lose before im lean... dammit.

Nice Lucinda! You do always look so graceful lifting. Great job too to Sid. 38 minutes!WOD: 1:50/1:53/1:53. I bet thats the worst time of the day. Thats why I wont post on beyond the whiteboard - I can live with being the worst but I hate to see it graphed.

Amy - record everything! Theres no way to have a metric of your improvement - and improve you will - if you dont get it down somewhere! The site is really sweet, and you dont have to share it with anyone but us, and were cool right?Try it, youll like it!

Eric, dont worry, I do record my data. Am a little obsessive about it, actually. Just not a fan of BTW for me personally. I wouldnt discourage anyone else from using it though, its a very nice application, and the more people using it, the more effective it is for analyzing data.

You guys who came in to workout at 3 with Pat, I posted the workout to the Whiteboard so you can record your times.Thinking about doing the run. Well see....

1:45/1:41/1:27

I dont really remember the exact time for the workout with Pat @ 3 but it was 10 min and some change....

Testimonials

  • Thank you for allowing me to train with you this summer. Being a football player at a Division 1 level I obviously want the best workout available to increase my performance. I have been doing conventional weightlifting for since I can remember and recently have not felt like it was increasing my performance as it should. Coming to Crossfit has been amazing. The high intensity workouts have made me more mentally tough, physically stronger, and able to endure more. Thank you for bringing me in, I believe in Crossfit all the way.

My daughter and I started Crossfit 1 month ago, I already feel an increased sense of strength. I've always been physically active, growing up as a competitive gymnast and lately an avid runner. Tim's ability to push me through the mental and physical boundaries of each and every Crossfit class is incredible. I have also been participating in the Kettlebell program and Tim has made it constantly challenging, exhausting and exhilarating all at the same time. I love the fact that he is always on the lookout for proper form and is quick to correct you if need be. He continues to push us to work hard, use good form, and never forgetting to tell us that we are doing a good job. Thanks for the motivation, support and the extremely challenging workouts.
