One of the really great things about CrossFit is the sense of community that it creates. Nowhere else can you walk into a gym and immediately feel a sense of camaraderie. Let's face it, we are all a little bit nuts to train like this. There is something inside of us that we all share and CrossFit brings it out in us. CrossFit humbles us all and that allows us to relate to each other, whether we are seasoned veterans or new to CrossFit. Challenges and competitions are one way that we get together to have fun. They are not just for the "Fire breathers" in the gym but for everyone to take part in. It's one way we get better. These events bring us together to help each other get better.
